High Titanium Slag (87% TiO₂)

The 87% high titanium slag is a cost-effective raw material in the titanium chemical and metallurgical fields, with a stable titanium dioxide (TiO₂) content of 87%. It is produced by smelting and enriching high-quality ilmenite via electric furnace at high temperature, presenting as irregular particles in dark gray to blackish brown, and its particle size can be flexibly customized according to customer requirements.

Featuring moderate and controllable impurity content as well as strong process compatibility, this product can not only meet the basic raw material needs of the sulfate process titanium dioxide production line, but also be applied in ordinary sponge titanium smelting, electrode coating preparation and metallurgical deoxidation processes.
